In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

To register and maintain an active Account on mbs168, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, and non-personal legal forms are ineligible to register.
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. This age threshold applies regardless of local age-of-majority laws in any other jurisdiction. mbs168 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all markets it serves.
3. You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited and where use of the Platform would expose you to criminal liability. You bear sole responsibility for determining and complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be listed on any sanctions list maintained by OFAC, the UN Security Council, the EU, or any equivalent international body.
5. You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of mbs168, or an immediate family member of such a person, without written consent from mbs168 management.
6. You must not be self-excluded from the Platform or from gambling platforms generally through any self-exclusion program recognized by mbs168.

3.1 One Account Rule. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the Platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all funds therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Indonesian national ID number (KTP number), valid email address, and active phone number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. mbs168 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your password secure. You must notify mbs168 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3.4 KYC Verification. mbs168 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of your KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk — Indonesian National ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months), and a selfie holding your KTP. Withdrawal of funds above Rp 500.000 per day requires KYC completion. Refusal to provide verification documents within 14 days of request may result in Account suspension.

3.5 Account Transfer. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, gift, or otherwise assign your Account to any third party.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. mbs168 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels available to Indonesian players:

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) your Account must be KYC-verified for withdrawals exceeding Rp 500.000 per day; (b) any active Bonus Funds must have their associated Wagering Requirements met before the corresponding Real Money Balance can be withdrawn; (c) withdrawals must be made to an account in the same name as the registered mbs168 Account — third-party withdrawals are prohibited without exception.

4.4 Withdrawal Fees. mbs168 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard bank transfer requests. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which mbs168 bears no responsibility.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. mbs168 operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. mbs168 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation and to delay or refuse withdrawals where AML concerns are identified.

4.6 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). mbs168 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; conversion, if any, is the Player's sole responsibility.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available on mbs168 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general provisions. In the event of a conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all Bonus Funds carry a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before conversion to withdrawable Real Money Balance. Wagering contributions vary by game type — sports bets typically contribute 100%, while certain slot categories and live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the individual promotion.

5.3 Bonus Validity. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds expire 30 days after crediting. Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings remaining in the account at the point of expiry will be forfeited without compensation.

5.4 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each promotional offer is available once per Player, per household, and per device unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts or shared payment methods constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds.

5.5 Bonus Abuse. mbs168 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and suspend Accounts where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk, matched, or hedged betting strategies designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk; use of multiple accounts; and coordinated play between multiple players.

5.6 mbs168 Right to Modify Promotions. mbs168 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus in good faith will not have their terms retroactively altered except where mbs168 determines an error or abuse has occurred.

6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are accepted at the sole discretion of mbs168. A bet is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation reference number. Bets placed during system errors, price feed failures, or outside accepted market hours may be voided.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and vary by event, market type, and account tier. mbs168 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts at any time without prior notice, including reducing limits for accounts identified as consistently sharp or professional bettors.

6.3 Mix Parlay Rules. Mix parlay (accumulator bet) selections must consist of at least two (2) independent legs. If one leg is voided, the parlay is recalculated as if that selection did not exist. Minimum odds per leg and minimum total odds may apply as stated in the relevant sportsbook market rules.

6.4 Asian Handicap and Voor Bola. Asian Handicap markets — known locally as voor bola (the handicap margin applied to a football match) — follow standard Asian Handicap settlement rules. 6.5 Live Betting. In-play (live) bets are offered on selected events and markets. mbs168 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time. Bets placed after the outcome of a relevant event has been determined — whether due to a technical error, delayed data feed, or any other reason — will be voided.

6.6 Togel Rules. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are published on the Platform within 60 seconds of the official draw. mbs168 uses third-party draw providers; in the event of a dispute between our published result and an official draw authority's result, the official draw authority's result shall prevail.

6.7 Obvious Errors. mbs168 is not liable for errors in odds, lines, or game configurations that are clearly incorrect (e.g., decimal odds below 1.01 on standard markets, or incorrectly inverted handicap lines). Any bets placed on obvious errors may be voided at mbs168's sole discretion regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

7.1 Commitment. mbs168 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools that empower Players to manage their gambling behavior, and we require all Players to use those tools honestly and in good faith.

7.2 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time via account settings or by contacting support. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.

7.3 Session Time-Out. Players may activate a session time-out of between 24 hours and 6 weeks at any time. During a time-out period, the Player's Account is temporarily suspended and no betting activity is possible.

7.4 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from mbs168 must contact our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months. During self-exclusion, mbs168 will take reasonable steps to prevent the Player from opening a new Account.

7.5 Underage Gambling. mbs168 maintains a strict 21+ policy. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and will immediately suspend any Account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age.

8.1 Ownership. All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, game content, and data feeds — is the exclusive intellectual property of mbs168 or its licensed third-party suppliers, and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License. mbs168 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

8.3 Prohibited Uses. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, scrape, frame, or commercially exploit any content or data from the Platform without express prior written consent from mbs168. Automated access tools, bots, scrapers, and data-harvesting scripts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account termination.

9.1 Platform Availability. mbs168 strives to maintain 99.9% platform uptime but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance windows and emergency downtime may occur. mbs168 shall not be liable for losses arising from platform unavailability, provided such downtime does not exceed 48 consecutive hours.

9.2 Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mbs168 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

9.3 Maximum Liability. mbs168's total aggregate liability to any Player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 12-month period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

9.4 Third-Party Services. mbs168 is not liable for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party payment processors, game studios, data feed providers, or telecommunications networks. Issues arising from BCA, BRI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, or any other payment provider's systems are outside mbs168's control.

9.5 Player Responsibility. Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you participate in all betting and gaming activities at your own risk, that you have considered your personal financial situation before wagering, and that mbs168 does not provide financial advice.

10.1 Termination by Player. You may close your Account at any time by submitting a closure request to mbs168 support. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure — provided all Wagering Requirements have been met and no AML review is pending — will be refunded to your verified withdrawal method within 5 business days.

10.2 Termination by mbs168. mbs168 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity is suspected; (c) KYC documents are not provided within the required timeframe; (d) the Player is found to be ineligible under Section 2; or (e) mbs168 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a competent authority's instruction.

10.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination for cause, mbs168 may forfeit all Bonus Funds, all winnings derived from Bonus Funds, and any Real Money Balance associated with activity deemed fraudulent or in breach of these Terms. mbs168 will use commercially reasonable efforts to return legitimate Real Money Balances where technically and legally feasible.

11.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally accepted principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms, as applied by the jurisdiction under which mbs168 holds its international operating license.

11.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and mbs168, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage within 48 hours. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.

11.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and mbs168 with respect to your use of the Platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
